HVAC solutions

DAFA helps to optimize systems and devices, so that our customers can meet increasingly stringent requirements for hygiene standards and efficiency. Including fire safety and noise reduction.

Cable sealing

Flexible and customized cable seals are an easy way to seal around cables, making them airtight. Using DAFA’s cable sealing, it is possible to mount a complete cable harness with plugs attached.

Gaskets

Gaskets are important for ensuring airtight systems with high efficiency. DAFA can produce gaskets in any shape or size based on a wide range of polymer materials – with or without adhesive.

Pipe collars

DAFA’s range of universal pipe collars ensures a flexible seal that is suitable for all common pipe sizes. Installation is simple and fast, without the use of special tools, adhesive or sealant.

Sealing strips

DAFA sealing strips are produced based on a wide range of polymer materials in custom dimensions. The choice of material is based on the specific requirements for each unique task.

Thermal insulation

Insulation helps prevent condensation and is crucial to the efficiency of units and entire systems. DAFA provides solutions that meet fire safety, cleaning and low water absorption requirements.

DAFA RotaSeal® HVAC

Durable sealing solutions for rotating parts. DAFA RotaSeal optimizes the efficiency of HVAC systems with rotating heat exchangers, and prevents wear and air release.

DAFA Sound

DAFA has a comprehensive range of materials and products for sound proofing and noise reduction, with accompanying documentation.

Extensive knowledge of VDI 6022

Certification of a HVAC system under VDI 6022 guarantees that the system fulfills the market’s strictest hygiene requirements. DAFA has extensive knowledge of VDI 6022 requirements.

DAFA RotaSeal® HVAC

Durable sealing solutions for rotating parts in ventilation systems.

FIPFG gaskets

DAFA can also directly apply gaskets to customers’ components without adhesive. The gasket is applied directly as a liquid PUR and then expands and adheres to form the desired gasket.
