We aim for a 30 eNPS score in DAFA's yearly employee engagement survey

At DAFA, we strive to be one of the best-performing organizations in terms of being an attractive workplace. We aim to attract and retain great colleagues by ensuring a high level of employee engagement. To help us focus on this, we use, among others, the Employee Net Promoter Score, a method for measuring how willing our employees are to recommend DAFA to others. Our goal is to have a yearly eNPS of 30, placing us on the benchmark with high-performing organizations within our industry.

Furthermore, we take active steps to keep sick leave below 4% and employee turnover below 10%. However, we predict that we cannot reach these two goals in the forthcoming few years due to, among others, the COVID-19 pandemic and our many seniors gradually retiring. However, we strive to achieve these goals over time, as sick leave and employee turnover are interrelated to maintaining a high eNPS.
