DAFA HiFoil moisture adaptive vapor barrier

HiFoil is used for construction with special moisture-adaptive vapor barrier requirements. DAFA HiFoil is an intelligent moisture-adaptive vapor barrier that adapts to humidity conditions. If moisture builds up on the outer side of the vapor barrier, DAFA HiFoil wicks the moisture to the inner side, where it is dissipated via the building’s ventilation system.

Using the DAFA HiFoil vapor barrier, you can establish the vapor barrier from above when renovating a roof. This avoids having to change the ceilings.

DAFA HiFoil is used for applications such as:

Exterior roof renovation
Residential and multi-story buildings with roofing felt or an unventilated cavity above a roof
Roof elements/cassettes – modules

Material

The product consists of polyethylene (PE) material with a moisture-absorbing polypropylene (PP) fleece layer.
